This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases and services provided by Beck Built Rifles ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or requesting services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellations (Online Purchases)

Orders for firearm-related accessories placed through our website may be canceled before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead be handled in accordance with our Returns and Shipping Policy, if applicable.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us as soon as possible using the contact information provided on our website. We cannot guarantee cancellation requests once processing has begun.

2. Gunsmithing Services Cancellations

Appointments or work orders for gunsmithing services may be canceled prior to work beginning. Once gunsmithing work has started, cancellations are not permitted.

The following conditions apply:

  • Diagnostic fees, inspection fees, or bench fees are non-refundable once incurred

  • Labor performed up to the time of cancellation will be billed accordingly

  • Parts ordered or installed for a specific firearm are non-refundable

3. Custom Work and Special Orders

Custom gunsmithing work, special-order parts, and modified or personalized items cannot be canceled or refunded once work has begun or the order has been placed, due to the customized nature of these services and items.

4. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Estimated completion times for gunsmithing services are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to parts availability, supply chain issues, firearm condition, or other factors outside our control. Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original form of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Right to Refuse or Cancel

Beck Built Rifles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or service request at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, regulatory concerns, safety issues, or violations of our policies. In such cases, any eligible refund will be issued in accordance with applicable law.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
