We do not sell firearms, serialized components, or regulated items through this Site unless explicitly stated. All products sold are intended to be lawful accessories.

2. Products and Services

We sell firearm-related accessories and provide gunsmithing-related services. Product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, regulatory concerns, or violations of these Terms.

2A. Gunsmithing Services Disclaimer

Gunsmithing services provided by Beck Built Rifles are performed on a best-effort basis using reasonable care and industry-accepted practices. Firearms are mechanical devices, and their condition, history, prior modifications, and use are often unknown.

By submitting a firearm or firearm component for service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All firearms must be unloaded before being submitted for service

  • You are the lawful owner of the firearm and are legally permitted to possess it

  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to ownership, possession, transport, and use of the firearm

  • Firearms may have hidden defects, wear, or prior modifications that are not immediately detectable and may affect safety, performance, or reliability

  • No guarantee is made that any firearm will function flawlessly after service, including accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any specific purpose

Beck Built Rifles is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Pre-existing conditions or defects

  • Improper use, misuse, or unsafe handling

  • Modifications performed by others before or after our services

  • Failure to follow manufacturer recommendations or safe firearm practices

All firearms should be test-fired and inspected by the customer in a safe and lawful environment before regular use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beck Built Rifles disclaims liability for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from gunsmithing services.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed through third-party payment processors, including Heartland Payment Systems.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on orders. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We do not ship items to locations where such items are prohibited by law. Orders that cannot be legally fulfilled may be canceled.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund eligibility is governed by our separate Returns and Shipping Policy, if available. Certain items may be non-returnable due to safety, customization, or legal reasons.
